At Armadale ESC, our Enterprise Program empowers students to develop real-world skills through meaningful, hands-on experiences. This program is designed to foster independence, confidence, and teamwork while preparing students for life beyond school.

Through a variety of enterprise activities—such as gardening, recycling, craft-making, baking, and managing small stalls—students engage in purposeful tasks that enhance their communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Each project is carefully tailored to meet individual learning needs and to celebrate each student's unique strengths.

The program also offers opportunities for students to connect with the broader community on the Market Day held during the last week of the academic year. By creating and selling products or offering services, students take pride in contributing meaningfully and gaining a sense of responsibility and achievement. Our Enterprise Program is not just about learning job-ready skills—it's about building confidence, creativity, and connection in a supportive, inclusive environment.
